Heating Issue in 13 pro

Hi Team,

I have recently purchased new iphone 13 pro handset from US.

And I am using this handset in India , not sure but i am facing heating issues while charging and while using the device which hurts my hand and i am unable to properly use it.

I have contacted many times Apple care and Support teams based here in India , to which they say this seems to be normal for them and abnormal to me honestly. As i have other device Iphone 13 pro device at my place which one of my sibling is using but he is not facing any such issue.

I am unable to use this new handset and it has disappointed me this time as earlier I haven’t face any such issue.

Request you to please look into this issue and let me know if & how replacement of the device can be done.

Looking forward for a positive response from your end.

Do let me know at earliest.

I would also like to connect over call if that is feasible for you. Let me know accordingly.

I had also asked this question earlier which i cannot find now. Pleas don’t remove it again.

It is not clear here in your post about the ambient temperature in your area where you are using the iPhone. However --> Keeping iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch within acceptable ...

Store the device where the temperature is between -20º and 45º C (-4º to 113º F). Don’t leave the device in your car, because temperatures in parked cars can exceed this range.

Use iOS devices where the ambient temperature is between 0º and 35º C (32º to 95º F). Low- or high-temperature conditions might cause the device to change its behaviour to regulate its temperature. Using an iOS device in very cold conditions outside of its operating range might temporarily shorten battery life and could cause the device to turn off. Battery life will return to normal when you bring the device back to higher ambient temperatures. Using an iOS device in very hot conditions can permanently shorten battery life.
