I've seen a couple of posts about people not being able to reload gift cards on the Apple music app on Android. I've got the same issue. I've attached a couple of images. Not sure if it has to with anything, but trying to specify Country/Region results in the error of "You have a store credit balance; you must spend your balance before you can change stores."

And to add to the above: I have the most up to date version of the Apple Music app, I tried uninstalling and installing, my OS is up to date. I'm also not aware of any foreign currency credit. I had an iTunes gift card added from 2015 (I think. Also: Purchase and redeemed in Canada). I did recently add an Apple gift card yesterday via iTunes from the Microsoft app store (also Canada). Just hoping to be able to from my phone.
