We bought new iPhones with the trade in option shipping to our APO. I received an email that we have 5 days left to send back our iPhones for the trade in but we’ve not received our return boxes yet. Is there a way to get an extension for our trade ins since APO shipping traditionally takes longer.

You best check with Apple since we are just other users. I have not heard of the extending the period - just canceling the trade in. Usually, Apple ships the box when they ship the new device. Did you check the box your new one came in? The return label is usually underneath the shipping label.

which freight forwarder do you use to ship to APO? I have tried MyUS & stackry.com and Apple always cancels the Order with reason that freight forwarders are against there policy. But the APO FAQ says we have to use a forwarder to ship to APO.

I spoke with apple support and have it sorted. They are cancelling the one trade in with the box that hasn’t arrived and are setting up a new trade in and sending another box. Thanks for your help.
When I looked up on Apple support they recommended APO box so that's what we used. We have our phone but only one return box for our trade in.
Our phones came in separate shipping boxes and then a couple of days ago one trade in box arrived.
Ok thanks, but the APOBox address is not a sales tax free address. At least Apple shows 7% on my bags total
