Cellular data not working on iphone XR

Hi! My cellular data wasn’t working well last night and it is not working at all today.

iPhone XR on ios 15.5

1. It’s not my sim card or my data plan. i tried my sim card in another phone… cell data worked, so the problem is not my data plan. I also tried someone else’s sim card in my phone, cellular data didn’t work.
2. tried cell data on-off many times
3. tried airplane mode on-off many time
4. tried phone off many time
5. checked for any data restriction, there was none
6. tried reset network data and settings many time
7. even reset the whole phone twice, first time, quick set up with older iphone, second time… all manual no transfers of data or app just wanted to see if the cellular data would work if i started from scratch… still no luck!

Need more ideas! Anyone???
