I’m trying to activate Apple Arcade thru Verizon but my Face ID on my iPhone 11 won’t work. I’m hoping this will help!

If your Face ID isn't working as expected, check out the following resource for some troubleshooting steps that should help: If Face ID isn't working on your iPhone or iPad Pro - Apple Support
If you're still unable to use your Face ID, you should be able to use the login username or email and password for activate the Apple Arcade.
Additionally, you should have your iPhone inspected. Apple - Find Locations - Location Selector
