Parental Controls

I am trying to access a show on Disney thru Apple TV. When I click on it, it’s saying “This title cannot be watched with the current parental control settings.” I’ve been into Disney plus to check the ratings are all good and they are all at R+?? There are no restrictions on my Apple TV either? I’m out of ideas of how to fix this 🤷🏼‍♀️ Please help ☺️

apple tv on MacBook won't allow restrictions to be turned off I rented a movie from iTunes, but when I went to try to watch it on the Apple TV app, it says it's restricted on this computer. I click restrictions to edit this, but there are no restrictions set. The section where it says to select the movie rating is greyed out. It doesn't ask for a passcode, doesn't allow me to click or select anything. Any suggestions? Would like to not have wasted my money on a movie my computer won't allow me to watch.

how can i change parental controls on paramount if I signed up through Apple TV? There's no way to change the parental controls on the paramount+ app on iphone or apple tv. It asks me to put in my parental pin three times. It's extremely annoying, and I want to take it off... I was able to add it, but can't change it.

Anybody No response from Apple? Anyone? is my question bad? Am I missing something? I don’t understand how to make all shows and movies in Apple TV+ menu in tvOS visible, but PIN protect rated ones. I live with two kids and share Apple TV with them. If I create 12+ restrictions for TV shows in Apple TV the content with higher age rating is not visible for all users including parents ;-) I want to have all content visible but protected with PIN, so I can avoid kids watching it... I can’t figure it out, how to do it.... In Netflix or HBO go, such setup is standard and works perfectly fine. Is there way or is tvOS/Apple TV+ app not able to provide such simple feature? Thanks

Do you have the Apple TV box? If so, which model? Identify your Apple TV model - Apple Support

The device itself will have parental controls that may apply to most apps. See if it has restriction that might prevent your content.
