My mac book pro fell. since then it was not opening and suddenly yesterday night it opened but when I unplugged the charger it shut down? is their any possiblity that their is any plug disconnect when mac-book fell

It is possible with some models, but unlikely with other models. Besides a possible loose connection, the fall may have cracked a circuit connection, or perhaps it damaged the battery. You should have Apple or an Apple Authorized Service Provider examine the laptop.

Physical damage needs to be evaluated by Apple hands on.
