I’m not receiving phone calls from apple support

I can receive another phone calls from unknown callers everyone but somehow Apple support send me an email saying they have tried to call me but there’s no answer ?? Why is this happening iv gone through my iPhone checking that every thing is correct like silence unknown callers is off I checked Apple‘s phone number in my block list it’s not there
