Yes it does. Our son had bicycle accident recently and was unconscious for more than a minute. His watch called 911 and sent all of his emergency contacts a text stating where he was and that he had a hard fall and stated that his watch had called 911. It then texted updated locations to us as the ambulance was traveling to the ER. What a wonderful feature to be able to locate someone in this type of situation!

Thank you. Yes, we were amazed and grateful for the technology! A good helmet prevented potential head trauma and fortunately no broken bones or neck/spine issues. He is healing great and mainly suffered tooth/face trauma that can be fixed.
