why my iPhone Storage shows Almost Full When It's Not. I bought 2TB and used o ly 174 GB. But when I want to backup icloud it stop and get the notification that, my phone is full which is not true

Do not confuse iPhone internal Storage with iCloud Storage.
The former cannot be increased (you can just make room by deleting some unised stuff).
