Apple music

So basically the first thing is that I really want to change my profile picture on Apple Music, but every time I click on my little profile, it just opens a page about stuff that has nothing to do with my profile (I’ll put a photo below).

The second problem is that I can’t follow people, every time I click to follow a friend, it says “syntax error” idk what that even means. (I’ll put a photo below). Btw my phone is up to date and backed up so idk what the problem is…. please help me it’s rlly frustrating.
