On what device is this happening?

Did you verify your current subscription status in your subscriptions overview? See your subscriptions overview - Apple. Is Apple TV+ listed there as active and ongoing, and not as expired?


If you cancel Apple TV+ during a trial, then the subscription expires immediately.
