When I get a call or text, it goes to my old iphone and not my new one. Do I need to de-activate my old iPhone for calls/texts to start coming to my new iPhone?

Take the SIM out of your old phone and put it in the new one.

It has an eSIM card, so I can't. Thank you - I believe I will need to take it in to Verizon to address the eSIM card issue.

Thank you - I thought that would help, and it may work, but I'll need to get my carrier involved, so they are my next support call.
