APN certificate expired for over 30 days and we need to recreate it

Hello,

Our APN Certificate expired and we are not able to renew it as it passed the grace period for renewal. My question is, to re-enroll our corp devices, what would the process be? can we delete the management profiles from the devices and re-enroll using the company portal? we used a combination of Apple configurator and company portal to add the devices. I hope we do not have to factory reset our devices. Thanks in advanced!

This depends on if you MDM profile is user removable. If it is not, then you will need to completely wipe and reset the devices as new. If it is user removable, you can remove the profile and manually enroll in the MDM. Please note that manual enrollments in MDM can be removed by the user at any point.
