messaging

can not send or receive text from Android users. Just got 13Pro this weekend.

If, in Settings>Messages, you enabled iMessages AND if you enabled the option "Send as SMS" too, it should work.

Since SMS is a specific cellular carrier service, please contact them and ask if everything is okay on their side/on your traffic plan.
