My son is trying to set up an Apple ID

it won’t except his post code , we have everything correct, region , address, phone number, card details but it won’t except it….very frustrating

Postcode not valid for Apple ID I setup an Apple ID about 17 years ago but I haven’t used an apple product in about 10 years. I recently got an iPad but when I try to install an app I get: ”this Apple ID hasn’t been used in the iTunes Store. Tap review to sign in, then review your account information” I then click on review and am brought to a “complete your Apple ID” window. Ireland is selected already, I select “agree to terms and conditions” and click on “next”. The next window asks for my billing name and address, my old address is entered already but without a postcode. I update the address and postcode but then it says it the postcode is invalid. It’s the correct Irish postcode. I’ve tried leaving it blank, enter four zeros, enter six zeros, the word “none” but none of this works. Any ideas?

Apple ID I’m completing my Apple ID information and it requires a post code but we don’t have post code in Lebanon and randomly numbers are not working
