My son’s phone fell out of my dad’s pocket and the frame broke. It had a case on and everything. I’m stunned how a fall from less than 3 feet could do this much damage. Are there any known issues?
Don't drop your phone, it won't break.
If you drop your phone, any phone from any manufacturer, there is a chance it will break.
I’m aware of that, I’ve broken plenty of phones by dropping them, I’ve never seen the side of it snap like that. Wasn’t sure if there was a structural issue with this particular model.
