I have an iPad that is a managed device from my company. My Apple ID is also managed by the company. When going to the App Store on the iPad, the "Get" button is greyed out. Is this because of the managed Apple ID?

Managed Apple IDs cannot make purchases (even for free items). If you need an app, contact your IT department, and they can add it to your self service portal or install it remotely for you.
