Dear Sir or Madam,

I wanted to ask you if its possible to change iPhone 13 mini, which is bought in USA, for iPhone 13, in other country which is provided by Apple?

I would pay the difference in price but i wanted to know if that’s possible in general?

iPhone 13 mini is unpacked and unused.

Please, let me know about my rights.

No, it is not possible even in the same country, unless you are within 14 days of the original purchase.

If you bought it from Apple take it back and you can return it and choose a different phone. But it must be in the country where you bought the phone originally.
