Ordered replacement airpod (left side) but the AirPods won’t sync. The light keep blinking orange and won’t turn white unless I remove one of the AirPods from the case. Then two separate AirPods keep showing up to connect to my iPhone. I can’t use both AirPods together. This was the reason I lost the left side when I first bought them. Help!!

Contact Apple Support back --request another replacement. Seems you were mailed a faulty device.
