Haven't received approved refund?

Hi!


I recently requested a refund which has since then been approved and status says "refunded". However, I have not received the actual refund.


It's been around 3 days, how long would it usually take? If I need to contact someone, how do I do that for this situation?


I tried texting the Apple Support and was told they'd like to transfer me to another team, but I was never transferred so I'm not sure how to get help or where to.

It may take a few days to get your money back if you have had an approval on your request. This depends on the payment method you used. I advise you to wait a few more days. If you still haven't received anything, please contact Apple for further assistance.
