openjdk@11 is a problem following my upgrade

since my upgrade, i cannot use jenkins and i've received this error

Bootstrap failed: 5: Input/output error

Try re-running the command as root for richer errors.

Error: Failure while executing; `/bin/launchctl bootstrap gui/501 /Users/russellm/Library/LaunchAgents/homebrew.mxcl.jenkins.plist` exited with 5.

Please help
