Share sheet app choices change

I'm on an ipad pro, 5th gen. I only regularly share to the same six apps, until they get moody and go away. They don't show up on the edit list, either. I'm aware of file size constraints, and also that some apps won't ever appear on the list, but I'd be happy to have the photoshop, affinity, procreate apps show, along with gmail and acrobat. They're usually available, but sometimes they're not. I can't seem to find a way to fix this. Thanks for your help! :)
