I have an iphone 11 pro with 15.5 software. I have recently noticed that I don't hear my text messages. I can look at app and see that I have several texts that have come in, but didn't hear the alert. I checked my settings and my volume and haptics show high and DND is not on. sleep is not on....I can't figure out what is causing the volume on text messages ONLY to be so low.

First, has the device suffered any liquid or physical damage? Also, do you have any third party applications that involves altering text messages? Finally, are there any videos or music playing when the text messages come through?
