An app was accidentally deleted today from my iPhone, how can I find which one it is?

Open the App Store app.
Tap your icon in the upper right.
Tap “Purchases”
Tap “My Purchases”
Tap “Not on this iPhone”

Use App Library to search the app you are looking for, see this Apple article:

If you have find the app, tap & hold on the app, then drag to the Home screen & drop it.

Thank you all for your help. My problem was, I did not know which App was deleted only that it happened today due to the fact that there was an extra space on the last page of the Home Screen. Thanks again!!!
