No closed captions in music videos Apple tv

Hi! I have a problem. When I watch some music videos on iPhone they do have CC. But the same videos on Apple TV don’t, but they have English CC turned on when I swipe down. Also I turned on CC and SDH in settings. I don’t know how to submit a bug report, as per the response to the other person to report this a few years ago. Is there a fix? PS I would like to be able to see the artist and song title any time because I can’t always watch with my full attention but still like to have it on.
