Facetime audio way too loud part 2

I posted a discussion about this same problem in January. it’s June and my facetime still has the horrible tendency to max out its volume despite being on the lowest volume setting. I press my volume buttons and nothing happens. I can’t control my volume at all once it glitches. My phone is updated all the way. Yes i’ve tried turning my phone off and on. No it doesn’t do anything. Yes it’s still happening. No it’s not a mic issue. I’m uploading another discussion in case anyone actually has any solutions and because apple locked my other discussion.
