a Mac Mini and use my old Mac as it’s monitor
Wondering if anyone has purchased a Mac Mini and used an older, existing Mac as the monitor for it?

No the new Mac Mini does not support using any iMac as a display.

You can use most any external display or even an HDMI TV in a pinch.
