Can't activate Apple Watch with Spectrum

I'm having difficulty connecting to my spectrum carrier. I keep getting the prompt that "the Info you entered doesn't match our records. Please try again". I have tried over and over and also contacted Spectrum and still we can't figure out the problem. Any suggestions?
