Apple TV. Have an apple TV3 for my TV. Also TV+ app on my IMAC. Signed up for one year subscription thru T- Mobile offer. Can not log on or get any TV+ on either my IMac or thru TV3. All I get from TV+ is a 7 day trial to sign up for but already signed up thru T-Mobile. What is wrong?
You will need to have redeemed the T-Mobile offer on the same Apple ID account as in use on the devices on which you want to watch Apple TV+ content.
On Apple TV (3rd generation), sign in to iTunes services with your Apple ID account.
On Macs with macOS Catalina 10.15 or later, sign in additionally to the TV app (menu Account).
On Macs with macOS Mojave 10.14 or earlier, sign in on the tv.apple.com website.
You can verify your subscription status in the subscriptions overview for your account.
