My Apple Watch has been reading lower and lower VO2, even though my fitness level is getting higher.Anyone with same issue? Any suggestions on troubleshooting?

My Apple Watch has been reading a declining VO2 over time …over 3 points. Which is absolutely inaccurate since my activity levels are higher and my fitness level hasn’t declined. I am usually in the 40’s, I am 43 years old, and that’s considered excellent. Since I started rucking ( walking with a 20+ Lb vest), the readings have gone down, doesn’t matter what I do -even if I am jogging without the extra weight. Suggestions?

When you unpair your watch a backup of your health and fitness data is made automatically as long as the paired phone is signed into iCloud and the backup is uploaded to icloud, when you come to re-pair your watch you are asked if you want to set it it up as new or restore it from a backup, you choose restore from backup then all your health and fitness data is downloaded back to the phone and watch from the icloud backup and you carry on using your watch with all previous data intact.
