There is a ton of photos on my phone that are just white and are in the unable to load section. I’ve down everything, i’ve freed storage, restarted my phone, and more. I don’t know how to get those photos…

Not sure what you did, but try to save the photos by transferring to a computer, if possible.
You must have enough space on the computer.
Maybe on the computer the pictures are good.
