My girlfriend gave me her old apple watch. She doesnt use it anymore as she broke her Iphone 2 years ago, and she does not have iphone since. Also, she forgot her icloud password. So I wonder how can I conect her watch to my phone?

If she can't remember/gain access to the apple id that paired the watch to the phone.Take the watch and it's receipt with the serial number along with some photo id and any other proof of ownership to an Apple Store and request that they remove the Activation Lock for you.
