iPhone Move From Android

I have an iPhone 4S, and i would like to transfer my friend's android to it, but the "Move from android button is missing. what do I do?

I think your iOS is not up to date enough to have the Move to Android option.

iPhone 4s was discontinued a long time ago, with iOS 9 being the last supported iOS version.
