What should I do when I’ve shared my settings on iPhone with someone who talked me into remote screen sharing?

Change your Apple ID password→Change your Apple ID password - Apple Support, and if the sharer had remote access to control your device restore it to factory settings→Restore your iOS device to factory settings - Apple Support. Do not restore a backup unless it was made before this incident.
