Shazam on Android “You're offline” problem

I have the latest version of shazam on my Android & for over a month I haven't been able to login to my shazam account on my shazam app on Android. Keeps saying “You're offline” even while I have an active internet connection that averages 5Mbps🙏

Shazam not giving me an option to log in on the app. I just bought an iPhone after a lifetime of having a Samsung. I downloaded Shazam (my iCloud email is the same as my email I used previously to log into Shazam) but I can’t find the option in settings to log in on the app so I can see all my history of previously Shazammed songs on my Samsung phone. When I go through Safari browser I am able to log in but not on the actual app on my phone.

I’ve contact Apple and told me it’s an app issues and to contact the developer and I can’t seem to find a way to contact Shazam nor report the problem when I click on app support.

Did you try a different WiFi network?

Yes, I have tried to use Wi-Fi but still the same thing.

And thank you for the heads-up on posting in the Android forum but “Shazam still offline”.

Yes, I tried several Wi-Fi network & it's still the same issue.

I can't keep count of the restarts again 🤧
