Got brand new pair of airpod pros today and they won’t connect or reset straight out of the box.just a flashing white light that won’t go away or connect to my phone nomatter what I do. My phone is up to date.
Any advice on what to do next?

a brand new pair of AirPods, you should be able to open the case and have your iPhone recognize the new AirPods... if that's not happening, might want to bring them back and exchange.
