Iphone 13 brousing security issue when connected to wifi router

My I phone 13 is restricting me to access general websites wits https when connected to wifi router

If you need help with your Wi‑Fi password

If they are On, turn Off Hotspot & VPN.

Do you use Screen Time?, if so -> check Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions.
