Gemini 2 App won't delete from my MacBook Air

I have done everything to delete the Gemini 2 App from my MacBook Air including force quiting every app & restarting the system. The error that pops up says it is in use but there's nothing open to quit.

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 12.4

Try deleting the app while in Safe Mode.
