I purchased an Apple tv box in February, the remote ran out of charge recently. After charging for >24 hour it still does not work. My question is who do I take it to to fix please.

Did you charge it with a Lightning-to-USB cable, plugged in directly to a computer, or to a power adapter in an AC socket?

Thank you for your suggestions, but after spending a lot of time with no success and being advised I needed a new remote, I gave an old charger a go and next morning the remote was working, so it was a defective lightening cable.
I’m glad that you have it working now, and that you didn’t have to replace the remote.
