Does ANYONE else get charged for stuff that didn’t allow and still are refused a refund? I’ve been denied refund over the course of a year, maybe two now. They all add up and they weren’t used or claimed. :-/

Yeah, I’ve done the claims and stuff but they’re always never refunded.
I have toddlers and they use my phone plus my face recognition is on most times.
I just want a number to talk to them directly… lol
