i turned off imessage backup by clicking disable and delete and im trying to undo it and it will not let me on my iphone 12 pro or ipad and i had logged in on my laptop (not a mac) and i go to the name or apple id and its GRAYED out and wont let me click it. how do i turn this back on....

Please check your Screen Time Restrictions.
Go to Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions, then toggle off the top switch.
You may need to restart Settings (or even the iPhone) for these changes to take effect.
Everything is allowed / enabled! I have even tried to restart the phone etc and use my ipad. Nothing is changing that grayed out status of my id / name on my laptop which i need in order to UNDO the disable / delete on my messages so they don’t disappear
not sure what that means either or how to get to that i clicked screen time , theres no restrictions?
