Dolby Atmos not working

Hi everyone, I've had Apple Music for a while now and I've seemed to always have a problem about when I play Dolby Atmos supported songs that they don't play in Dolby Atmos. I've changed the settings, restarted my phone, done everything. Downloading songs doesn't work either. The only time it partially works is when I select Dolby Atmos to 'Always On' in settings and then if I play music on my headphones, the Dolby Atmos badge will show up but it doesn't sound different at all from the studio version. I'm asking the question because I would like to download my music in Dolby Atmos and then play it on speaker on my phone. That doesn't work either by the way. It also doesn't seem to work in my car either. Is there any way to figure this out?

Thank you

P.S. I'm on iOS 15.5

iPhone 12, iOS 15

You will need compatible headphones for auto setting to work such as AirPods or select beats headphones to play back in atmos using headphones.

When set to auto does it play in Dolby atmos through your iPhones speakers?

if I remember correctly to download in atmos you would need to redownload any music you’ve already downloaded.
