email different than my apple ID

I signed up for Peacock using an email that is different that my Apple ID and I want to cancel my subscription to Peacock. When I log into Peacock it says that I subscribed with iTunes, but when I go into my Apple ID subscriptions, Peacock is not there to cancel. Does this mean that I have an iTunes account under an email that is different than my Apple ID? And if so, is that the only way for me to cancel my subscription to Peacock?
