I would like to ask if I can transfer my apple care monthly plan to owner of my Apple Watch and also for how long apple care is valid for?

1. No Apple Care cannot be transferred. You would need to cancel it. Unless it's been less that 60 days since you bought the watch, Apple Care+ can no longer be bought for it. Link-> AppleCare Products - Watch - Apple
2. The monthly payment version lasts for an indefinite amount of time, until such time as Apple decides it can no longer service or repair the watch.
