Trying to update payment method from Guernsey post code

Hello, we have moved to Guernsey. The country /region option that is closest to our needs is United Kingdom. However the Guernsey post code is then not recognised as matching the itunes Region/country...so I can't load new credit card details, old one has expired. Also won't let me remove the expired one because I have an outstanding subscription, but I have cancelled them all...

Regarding the subscriptions, you need to cancel them, and then wait for them to end before changing region.


Make sure all these steps have been followed-
