Live wallpaper not working on IPad

I have a Live Photo on my photo album. I’ve tried to make it my lock screen wallpaper but it doesn’t give me the chance to turn on of off Live Photo and the lock screen is a still photo. But with the same photo on my iPhone it works. I’ve check I’m all updated and still couldn’t get it working
