I keep losing files from documents in iCloud.

First, what exact version of iPadOS are you currently using? We ask as the menus and options can change slightly between versions of the OS, and we want to make sure we provide the most accurate steps. You can locate this by going to Settings > General > About. Also, does this issue occur when uploading documents to iCloud Drive on any other device? Finally, have you logged directly into iCloud website to see if the documents are still there? While you gather that information, we recommend checking out these steps for more information on how to upload your documents and see if everything matches up on your side.

It looks like you might have missed a few of the questions asked in the earlier post, and for us to continue forward we'll need to know those answers. Let us know the following:

• If you tap Settings > General > About on your iPad Pro, which iPadOS version is listed?
• If you log into http://www.iCloud.com are the files showing there?

Additionally, let us know the answers to these questions as well:

• You mentioned having 2TB of iCloud storage. How much of that is available for use?
• You also mentioned that multiple devices shared the storage, have you deleted the data from any connected device?
