Do refurbished macs have imperfections?

I’m considering purchasing a refurbished m1 MacBook Air. I was wondering if upon close inspection, one would see minor imperfections or would the device appear perfectly new? As in not a single imperfection on the outside. Thanks!

Apple's own refurbished devices should appear indistinguishable from new.

Apple replaces any components with new ones or ones guaranteed to be working as new.

Refurbished devices from Apple have a 1 year warranty for any man factoring defects or issues that are not user caused. Apple Care+ can be purchased for them.

No device is perfect, everything has imperfections ... everything!.

But think of it this way ... It's already been well "burned in", refurbished by the best and now has a full one year warranty the exact same as a new and never set up computer.

Of course there will be exceptions, but in this care you as the newest owner are decidedly NOT its beta tester so to speak.
