my whatsapp business app is crashing, whenever i try to open the app it comes back to home screen and the app is not getting open. I have tried restarting the phone and reinstalling the app but not working. I am using i phone 11

I have contacted to apple and whatsapp both the issue is with whatsapp all the iphone users of whatsapp business app who have updated the app to the latest version are facing this issue and and whatsapp has send confirmation that this is the issue at their end and they are working on it.

-Some other solutions you may try include updating all of your apps (even ones that are not WhatsApp)
-Reset All Settings
-The last step that you could possibly do is factory reset your iPhone if all else fails but I would back your phone up on your PC or Mac first before doing that, or at the very least your most important information on iCloud. Hope this helps!

Since morning, whatsapp business has stopped or crashed due after new updates.
whatsapp app developers has not taken any action on same.
This is only for iPhone users.
You will have to ask WhatsApp support when they intend to address the problem. That is not an Apple product.
We're just users, and Apple has no insight because they don't make the WhatsApp application. You'll need to reach out to WhatsApp support for this.
