WhatsApp Business App Crashing on iPhone

my whatsapp business app is crashing, whenever i try to open the app it comes back to home screen and the app is not getting open. I have tried restarting the phone and reinstalling the app but not working. I am using i phone 11

I have contacted to apple and whatsapp both the issue is with whatsapp all the iphone users of whatsapp business app who have updated the app to the latest version are facing this issue and and whatsapp has send confirmation that this is the issue at their end and they are working on it.

-Some other solutions you may try include updating all of your apps (even ones that are not WhatsApp)


-Reset All Settings

  • Go to the iPhone Settings >> Select General >> Select Reset.
  • Tap on Reset all settings.
  • If prompted, enter your device passcode.
  • Tap on the Reset all settings again to proceed.
  • Reboot your iPhone.
  • Then open the WhatsApp and check for the issue.


-The last step that you could possibly do is factory reset your iPhone if all else fails but I would back your phone up on your PC or Mac first before doing that, or at the very least your most important information on iCloud. Hope this helps!
