WhatsApp Business App Crashing on iPhone

my whatsapp business app is crashing, whenever i try to open the app it comes back to home screen and the app is not getting open. I have tried restarting the phone and reinstalling the app but not working. I am using i phone 11

-Some other solutions you may try include updating all of your apps (even ones that are not WhatsApp)

-Reset All Settings

• Go to the iPhone Settings >> Select General >> Select Reset.
• Tap on Reset all settings.
• If prompted, enter your device passcode.
• Tap on the Reset all settings again to proceed.
• Reboot your iPhone.
• Then open the WhatsApp and check for the issue.

-The last step that you could possibly do is factory reset your iPhone if all else fails but I would back your phone up on your PC or Mac first before doing that, or at the very least your most important information on iCloud. Hope this helps!

i am using whatsapp during this breakdown and all the WhatsApp business data transferred to whatsapp..

when whatsapp business is up, then all the whatsapp data transferred to whatsapp business..

i have tried same and working fine.

Fortunately I had desktop version synced just before the update !! Though WA business is not working on phone ! But am able to use on laptop till we receive another update to resolve crashing issue on phone!!

This is resolved now. WA pushed an update 4 hrs ago

After the latest update my whatsapp business app not working and whenever i try to open it the app bring me back to hme page

same problem facing in iphone 12 mini even after the hard formatting.

I've the same problem, I deleted the app and reinstalled it, still the same issue. I hope they resolve the issue soon with an update.

Same for me in iPhone 13. I have done factory resetting also. No use. I lost my data. What to do now

Since morning, whatsapp business has stopped or crashed due after new updates.

whatsapp app developers has not taken any action on same.

This is only for iPhone users.
